Logo refresh

I orig­i­nal­ly cre­at­ed the logo and visu­al style for this bien­ni­al event in 2013, and used it again (with slight vari­a­tions) the fol­low­ing years. For 2019, I was inspired by neon lights, and want­ed to bring a fresh and more fun ener­gy to the brand­ing the event.
